The Swsw Home Food & Catering Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is a fully owned and operated digital service by Afifi Company, Commercial Registration No.: 395-517-774
Tax Registration No.: 261503 , a specialized Egyptian food delivery company providing intermediary services for booking, ordering, and delivering homemade meals and catering services from local food providers to customers, whether through the website or smart device applications.

The Platform acts as a digital intermediary between users (customers) and participating home kitchens or catering companies, providing integrated technological solutions to complete the ordering and delivery process. The Platform is not responsible for the preparation, ingredients, or health safety of the food, which remain the responsibility of the food providers.

By browsing, accessing, or using the Platform, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This also includes the related applications, whether on iPhone or Android. By using the Platform, you assume full responsibility for complying with these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use the Platform.

You must ensure that the delivery address is correct to avoid delays or delivery failure.

Once you select a kitchen and click "Order", you are responsible for ensuring that all entered information is accurate.

If an error occurs in the address or order, the Platform is not obligated to correct it automatically.

Order confirmation does not mean that the order has been accepted; it is subject to review by the Platform or the kitchen.

You may cancel the order before preparation begins and receive a full refund.

If the kitchen has started preparing the order, fees may be deducted or the cancellation may be rejected depending on the circumstances.

The Platform provides multiple delivery options depending on the location, weather conditions, and traffic.

The Platform does not guarantee delivery at a specific time, but makes every effort to deliver as close to the estimated time as possible.

You must ensure that the delivery address is correct to avoid delays or delivery failure.

All content, including the logo, images, texts, and trademarks, is protected.

Such content may not be used, copied, or redistributed without written permission.

The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of the information or products.

The Platform is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the Platform or the orders.

The user assumes full responsibility for their choice and use of the Platform.

These Terms are available in Arabic and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

The Company has the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform means that you accept the amended Terms.

The user agrees to indemnify the Company against any losses resulting from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

The merchant or kitchen is responsible for accurately preparing and delivering the orders.

The Platform is not responsible for any errors or damages resulting from the merchant or kitchen.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.

Any dispute shall be referred exclusively to the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

If any provision is found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
