Register as a Home Kitchen

This contract sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the Platform and the provision of home food and catering services to customers.

The Platform provides users with multiple options to choose suitable kitchens and food and complete the ordering process through the Platform.

Once you select a kitchen and click "Order", you are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered.

You may cancel the order before preparation begins and receive a full refund. If the kitchen has started preparing the order, fees may be deducted or the cancellation may be rejected depending on the circumstances.

The Platform provides multiple delivery options depending on the location, weather conditions, and traffic. You must ensure that the address is correct to avoid delays or failed delivery.

All content, including logos, images, text, and trademarks, is protected. It may not be used or copied without written permission.

The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of information or products and is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of the Platform or orders.

The terms are available in Arabic and English. In the event of a conflict, the English version shall prevail.

The company reserves the right to modify the terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

The user agrees to indemnify the company against any losses resulting from misuse or violation of the terms.

The merchant or kitchen is responsible for accurately preparing and delivering orders. The Platform is not responsible for errors or damages caused by the merchant or kitchen.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any dispute shall be referred to the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

If any provision is found to be invalid, this shall not affect the remaining provisions.
